The Minister of Economic Development, Transport and Trade Mohamed Saeed has stated that they aim to digitalize all services related to land transport from the ministry by the end of August.

While answering a question posted by North Galolhu Constituency MP Mohamed Ibrahim (Kudu) during today's Parliament session, Minister Saeed said the Transport Ministry is working to establish all of their systems into the government's "oneGov" fully digital and modern system. He also said that once the system is established, the difficulties faced by the public will vanish.

While answering a subsequent question from Maduvvari Constituency MP Ahmed Zahir, Minister Saeed said that the work has been handed over to oneGov and are working with them on the project, with a complete vision being behind their efforts as well.

"Our aim is to digitalize all transport services hopefully before the end of August," as was said by Saeed.

According to him, the ministry will announce all the services have been digitalized after receiving endorsements from all relevant government ministries.
