National Social Protection Agency (NSPA) has established call centre services at their offices in Addu and expanded service hours as well. 

NSPA announced the transfer of call centre services to Addu in a statement issued today. They said that the services have commenced today, and will be available for longer hours. 

Previously call centre services were provided every official working day from 8am to 2pm. However, from today onwards, the service will now be available every day except Friday from 8am to 10pm. 

NSPA said that the move is aimed at enhancing convenience for service seekers in obtaining information and services from the agency. 

An NSPA and Aasandha Office was opened in Addu City in March this year. 

Medical welfare services which were under NSPA were transferred to Aasandha last May. With this, all state medical welfare services are now available through the Aasandha portal.
