Ministry of Higher Education has opened applications for 15 scholarships under the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Scholarship Fellowship Programme for postgraduate studies in South Korea next year.
The scholarships comprise four PhD places and 11 Master's degree places.
The programme covers the following fields of study:
- Infection control
- Digital health
- Fisheries
- Agribusiness operations
- Economic policy and planning
- Social economy
- Climate change and environmental management
- E-government and public management
The ministry said details of the scholarship benefits and funding are available through its scholarship portal.
Students who have been selected for the government's student loan scheme are also eligible to apply. However, applicants who have already been nominated for another scholarship programme are not eligible.
Applications must be submitted online through the ministry's portal by 1:30 pm on Thursday.
