The government's taxi line services were officially launched in Vilingili today.

The Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Mohamed Saeed, officially inaugurated the "Male' Taxi Line" service during a ceremony held in Vilingili.

The government officially commenced providing this service last April to resolve the taxi issues faced in the Male' area.

With the launch of the taxi line service in Vilingili, efforts are currently underway to expand the taxi line services to other cities in addition to the Greater Male' region.

MTCC, which operates the taxi line, stated that the company takes pride in introducing the required EV transport services to Vilingili, along with a reliable and convenient solution for travel.

Senior officials from the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and MTCC participated in the ceremony held to launch the taxi line in Vilingili.
