Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has offered two Hiyaa Tower commercial units for rent.

As per HDC's announcement, those who are interested can apply for a commercial unit from Tower 10 and Tower 12 before 1st July.

The ground floor of the 16 Hiyaa Towers are specifically for businesses. Shops and cafés/restaurants currently operate in those spaces as well.

However, the units are going on offer due to agreement expiration.

Tower 12 is being offered for either a shop, café, clinic, gym or pharmacy. Tower 10 is open for a shop, café, clinic or gym.

Those who submit the best bids will be considered for the Hiyaa Flats commercial units.
