Power outages were reported in several towers of the Hiyaa and Vinares flats in Hulhumale' today.
State Electric Company (Stelco) said a technical fault had disrupted electricity supply in parts of Hulhumale' Phase 2.
Affected areas include:
- Hiyaa towers 5, 6 and 7,
- 10 towers of Vinares,
- Amaan Dhoadhi towers 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16,
- Amaan Udhares towers 5 and 6,
- MPL towers.
Stelco said work is underway to identify and resolve the issue.
“We apologise for any inconvenience,” the company said.
Residents also reported outages in some Fahi Flats towers on social media.
