The Prosecutor General's Office stated that they have decided not to pursue these charges, citing a lack of sufficient evidence. With this, the PG Office instructed police to release the suspects from custody after completing all procedural requirements.

Although charges are not being pressed at this time, the PG Office instructed Police to continue investigations, and inform them of any progress.
