MWSC has once again decided to waive fines accumulated before this year for households and businesses that settle their water bills.

According to a statement released by MWSC today, for those who pay their bills regularly from the first of this month until the end of this year, the fines accumulated up until the end of last year will be waived.

The statement also noted that, in addition to waiving fines, the company has decided to provide concessions for settling unpaid bills. Accordingly, customers who wish to pay their outstanding balances in monthly installments will be granted that arrangement. The company further stated that fines would also be waived for customers who make payments in accordance with such agreements.

"...Therefore, we appeal to all customers to take this opportunity to pay bills that have accumulated fines due to being unpaid for a long time, and to continue paying bills regularly," the MWSC statement said.

The company has previously arranged similar concessions for the payment of water bill fines.
