The Managing Director of the state-owned agricultural business, Agro National Corporation (AgroNet), Hussain Didi, was also dismissed from his post today.

Although the Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB) revealed that he was removed from the position, no reason was provided.

While Hussain Didi was dismissed from the post of AgroNet’s Managing Director, the Managing Director of the government utility company, Fenaka Corporation, Mohamed Najah, was also dismissed from his post today.

Following the poor results received by the government in last Saturday's Local Council elections and the referendum to see the public's view on holding Presidential and Parliamentary elections on the same day, President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has stated that he will improve government affairs.
