President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and First Lady Sajidha Mohamed have exchanged Eid greetings with the public on the occasion of Fitr Eid.
The greetings took place in a ceremony that was held at the Presidential palace, Muleeaage.
According to the President's Office, among those in attendance were Cabinet ministers, ministerial-ranked officials, Members of Parliament, State Ministers, foreign dignitaries, heads of Government offices, and senior officials from various sectors.
A large number of members of the general public and their families were also present, President's Office.
As part of the Eid celebrations, “Eid Haveeru 1447” will be held from 4:00 pm. to 6:00 pm. across Male', Hulhumale', and Vilimale', coordinated by the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF), with participation from the Maldives Police Service and a number of state-owned companies.
