President’s Office has announced that government offices will have their official working hours from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm during Ramadan, as in previous years.

The timing will apply throughout Ramadan and the first seven days of Shawwal.

The office noted that this schedule follows a standing policy established in recent years.

Since 2022, official working hours during Ramadan and the first seven days of Shawwal have been fixed from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

According to the Islamic calendar, Ramadan is expected to begin on Wednesday, with the moon sighting to be observed on Tuesday night to determine the first day of Ramadan.
