Fitr Zakat will be accepted online starting from the first day of Ramadan

According to the Zakat House, Zakat can be paid through BandeyriPay and FahiPay until the final day of Ramadan.

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs has arranged for Fitr Zakat to be accepted online starting from the first day of the upcoming month of Ramadan.

According to the calendar, the first day of Ramadan falls on Wednesday of next week. The Ministry stated that Zakat will be accepted online from the first day of Ramadan until 6:00 AM on the 27th day of the month.

According to the Zakat House, Zakat can be paid through BandeyriPay and FahiPay until the final day of Ramadan. They also noted that arrangements have been made to accept Zakat at the hall of the Islamic Centre for elderly individuals and those who are unfamiliar with online payment methods.

As the last ten days of Ramadan are government holidays, the hours for accepting Zakat at the counters will change during that period. Zakat House stated that on weekdays, Zakat will be accepted from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. On weekends, Zakat will be accepted from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
