Two speedboats traveling between Vilimale' and Thilafushi were involved in a collision last night.
Police confirmed that the crash did not cause injuries to any persons. However, both the speedboats involved sustained various levels of damage.
It has been reported that one of the speedboats involved was 'Escape', which travels between Male' and K. Maafushi. The accident occurred when another speedboat struck the rear of 'Escape'.
Police said that one of the speedboats had 21 persons on board, while the other had 2.
