Rukuri introduced; includes tourism jobs on one platform

The "Rukuri" platform has been introduced, which serves to bring all employment opportunities and communications in Maldives' tourism industry onto one platform.

Rukuri was created as a means to bring all things tourism under one roof in a transparent manner in a time Maldives' tourism industry is experiencing expansion and stabilization. 

The platform was introduced by Island Recruits, and what makes this platform special is it being a modern and contained system that will expedite processes for employers and employees.

The Rukuri team stated that it was built on three foundations. One of the foundations is Rukuri's ability to showcase employment opportunities from senior resort positions, guesthouses, restaurants and other tourism services.

Rukuri was designed to make the process of finding employment opportunities as easy as possible.

The Rukuri team said that this will make finding jobs and applying much easier. They also said that those who are applying for jobs will be able to look through all applications in one place, with it being easier for employers to check candidate positions with ease.

The team also said that one of the biggest uses of Rukuri is in checking employment stages in real time. This will create trust between employers and employees, as per the team.

Rukuri will allow those who are seeking employment to manage their careers from one place.

The Rukuri team stated that announcing employment positions, checking candidate profiles and the expedition of the hiring process will be seen due to the platform.

The platform will have a category which includes freelancers or short-term employment seekers, with that making it easier for someone who needs quick employment.

Core Founder of Island Recruits Ali Faiz said that Rukuri will provide building a trustworthy employment environment, with the assurance of working experience being a factor as well. It will also include a system where references can be checked and verification of profiles, said Faiz.
