Man missing in Fuvahmulah for months

Police have today released details of a man who went missing in Fuvahmulah more than two months ago. 

The man reported missing is Abdul Azeez Mohamed, 64, Dhunfunige, Dhoodigan, Fuvahmulah. 

According to Police, Azeez works on supply boats. His family last heard from him on September 3 last year. However, a member of his family reported having seen him near IGMH in Male' in November last year, Police said. 

Police said that with the missing persons report being lodged, all relevant departments have been notified and police have commenced a search for him. However, the investigation has not had any leads as of yet. 

Police appealed to the public to report any information about Abdul Azeez or his whereabouts through calling 3322111, or the Fuvahmulah Police Station on 9792803.
