Sheikh Azeez under treatment after suffering stroke

Popular scholar Sheikh Ahmed Azeez Hussain (Azeebe') has suffered a stroke and is currently under treatment. 

Azeez's son Ahmed Kumail shared the news of his father suffering a stroke in a post on Facebook. He, however, did not disclose Azeez's current condition. 

Kumail appealed to the public to pray for Azeez's swift recovery. 

Azeez is very active in spreading religious awareness, delivering many sermons and offering advice. His sermons are well-respected within the community.

Azeez is also the Managing Director of ZamZam Umrah Group. He also delivers sermons to pilgrims undertaking Umrah through the group. 

Azeez has previously served as the head of the Centre for Holy Quran. He also worked at Arabiyya School. The public has also seen him hosting many religious TV programs.
