Hajj Corporation seeks contractor for Hulhumale' housing project

Maldives Hajj Corporation has invited applications for the construction of a housing project in Hulhumale'.

In a statement, Hajj Corporation said it is seeking bids for the construction of a residential building in Hulhumale' Phase 2 under a contractor-financed arrangement.

Registration for the bid will remain open until Monday, while the bid opening is scheduled for the 2nd of next month at 11:00 am at the Hajj Corporation’s office.

According to the announcement:

Maldives Hajj Corporation has decided to develop the housing project, named Niam Residence, in Hulhumale'. The design contract for the project was awarded to Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) on September 24, 2024.

Under the agreement, FDC will provide architectural, engineering, drawings, and consultancy services for the project.
