Dead body found at sea off Kinolhas

A body was found floating at sea off the coast of Raa atoll Kinolhas today.

Police said they received a report at around 4:30 pm that a body had been spotted in the waters outside the island.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.

The nationality and identity of the deceased have not yet been confirmed.

Police said further details will be released as the investigation progresses.
