Expatriate group clash leads to two arrests

Police have arrested two individuals following a physical altercation between a group of expatriates last night. 

Police said that they received reports at 11:30pm last night of a fight amongst some expatriates on Vaijehey Magu in Male'.

Two expatriates were then arrested. 

Although Police are continuing their investigation into the incident, reasons behind the altercation have not been disclosed. 

Video footage of the fight has been circulating on social media, showing a group of about ten expatriates being involved. There has been speculation that the incident took place amongst employees of Jelly Takeaway.
