Pyro drone show tonight to mark New Year, 600 drones to be used

Visit Maldives stated today that a Pyro drone show will be held tonight to mark the beginning of the New Year.

Visit Maldives CEO Ibrahim Shiuree stated that the show will be held at Hulhumale' Central Park at 9:00 pm for 15 minutes.

The drone show will depict a Maldivian children's tale, describing nationalism and Maldivian development, with 75 Pyro Drones being used. The show will utilize a total of 600 Pyro drones at the Central Park area. The difference between regular drones and Pyro Drones is their use of fireworks.

Visit Maldives will be working together with BML and HDC in celebrating the New Year in a colorful fashion. The drones will be operated by a local company. 

"Maldives Culture and Food Festival" began yesterday at Hulhumale' Central Park in celebration of the New Year. A children's evening was also held today, with it being held tomorrow as well.

A boduberu show will be accompanying the fireworks show tonight.
