Accident victims taken to hospital in Minister Ihusan's car

An accident occurred on the Sinamale' Bridge last night, where two motorcycles travelling from Male' to Hulhumale' collided. 

The accident left the drivers of both motorcycles injured.

Minister of Homeland Security and Technology Ali Ihusan was also traveling from Male' to Hulhumale' in his official car when he witnessed this accident. 

Upon seeing the accident, he assisted in taking the injured to the hospital in his car. 

Police said that the accident occurred around 6:35pm yesterday. Both male drivers of the motorcycles were injured in the accident, and are being treated at Hulhumale' Hospital, according to Police. 

Police confirmed that both the injured men were transferred to the hospital in Minister Ihusan's car. 

One man suffered facial injuries, while the other sustained multiple scrapes. Both motorcycles were damaged in the collision. 

Police are investigating the accident.
