15 days remand for NDA mentor arrested for exploiting rehab patients

The Criminal Court has placed the National Drug Agency (NDA) mentor arrested for providing drugs to clients undergoing rehabilitation treatment at the centre and sexually exploiting them in 15 days remand in custody.

NDA reported the case to the Police on November 4.

Police yesterday arrested the Peer Mentor, Mohamed Faseeh, 51, Florida, S. Feydhoo, under a court order. 

A Police Media Official confirmed that Faseeh has been placed in remand in custody for 15 days. 

The issue was raised on social media in recent days. Reports indicate that the accused had sexually abused the clients and taken compromising videos of them.
