94 car parking slots at Vinares Towers up for bidding

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) announced yesterday that 94 parking slots for cars at the Vinares Towers in Hulhumale' Phase 2 are to be opened for bidding. 

The announcement said that the previous November 2024 announcement for the sale of the parking slots is cancelled, and the slots are being reopened for bidding after changes have been brought to the policy.

It said that 94 slots across the Vinares Towers will be available for bidding. 

Applications for bidding must be submitted between Thursday, November 20 and December 4. 

Bidding will be opened on December 22, according to the announcement. 

All ten Vinares Towers have parking areas on the ground floor.
