Over 300 scholarship opportunities from Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia has offered Maldivian students over 300 scholarships. 

A Saudi Embassy official in the Maldives announced that applications are now open via their official website for scholarships across 318 undergraduate programs in 11 academic fields at Saudi universities. 

The areas included are:

- Business Management

- Media

- Computer Science Studies

- Law Science

- Educational Specialities

- Social Sciences

- Agriculture

- Economic and Political Studies

- Engineering Major

- Islamic Field Studies

- Arabic Studies and other foreign languages

In addition to these, Saudi Arabia has also offered the opportunity to stay in Maldives and pursue diplomas at the Imam University Campus on scholarships. 

The scholarships are open to men alone. The deadline for applications is in two weeks. 

The official said that the campus in Maldives will cover preparatory studies in Arabic Language. The two year course will commence on December 28, they said.
