10 years jail for touching minor with sexual intent

Criminal Court has sentenced an individual to a 10 year prison term after being convicted of touching a minor with sexual intent. 

As is the norm in cases involving children, the Court did not disclose details of the case as it may compromise the identity of the child involved. The case number indicates that the case was submitted to court within the year.

Information shared by the court reveals that the case involves intentional physical contact with a child with sexual intent. 

The individual sentenced in the case was identified as Eaman Ibrahim Rafeeu. 

The offence carries a sentence of between 10 to 14 years in prison.
