MP Siyam purchases land in Hulhumale' for MVR 31 million

Meedhoo MP and business magnate Ahmed Siyam Mohamed has acquired a land plot in Hulhumale' Phase 2 for MVR 31 million.

According to the Housing Development Corporation (HDC), the plot measures 3,252 square feet. Following payment, the Civil Court on Thursday formally transferred ownership of the land to Siyam.

Siyam, who chairs Sun Siyam Group, operates multiple high end resorts across the Maldives and owns several other properties.

Recently, Inguraidhoo MP and PNC parliamentary group leader Ibrahim Falah also purchased a plot of land in Hulhumale' for MVR 28.7 million.
