State TV PSM presenter Inaayath Ali, arrested on suspicion of drug use and sale, has been granted conditional release.
Inaayath was arrested alongside two others on September 25 under a special operation conducted by Police's Drug Enforcement department.
The court initially placed her in remand in custody for seven days as the investigation proceeded.
Police said that when presented in court at the end of her remand period, the court had ruled to grant her conditional release today.
Police have earlier said that under that operation, two residences in Male' were searched, where they found a rolled cigarette and rubber packets containing suspected drugs. The accumulated weight of these were reported to be 1,246g.
Along with Inaayath, 34, from HDh. Kulhudhuffushi, Police also arrested Mohamed Aish Ahmed, 34, and Aminath Illiyyeen Ahmed, 25. Aish and Illiyyeen are siblings, with their address cited as Ma. Mazaage.
The court order states that urine tests came back positive for drug use for both Inaayath and Illiyyeen.
It further states that a large quantity of drugs were found at Illiyyath's current residence. Drugs weighing 1,246g were also found at a location linked to Aish.
The court order went on to say that a rolled cigarette containing tobacco and drugs were found at Inaayath's residence, where her national ID card was also found.
