Balance Studio wellness center opens in Male'

The Balance Studio, a women's wellness center has opened in Male'.

The studio is located in Chaandhanee Magu and has modern interiors and comfortable ambiance. The studio specializes in Pilates and yoga.

The studio is open for women and girls of all ages. The studio has programs that cater to pregnant women as well.

The studio is the combined dream of Leenaz Hussain and Aishath Maisha Hussain, where it offers services for women's health, spending quality time and leading their lives as women of empowerment. Leenaz and Maisha stated during the opening ceremony that the dream was achieved through championing such thinking.

The ceremony was inaugurated by Minister of Agriculture and Animal Welfare Dr. Maryam Mariya.

The studio is located on the fourth floor of the MP Building, with its services and classes starting on 1st October. Private sessions can also be booked via appointment.

Each class will be taught by specialized and experienced instructors, with some having 30 years of experience in their respective fields.
