Tourism Ministry seeks developer for hotel in Nilandhoo

Ministry of Tourism has opened tenders for the development and operation of a tourist hotel on Faafu atoll Nilandhoo.

The project involves a 13,300 square feet plot of land. Interested parties are invited to attend a virtual information session on 6 October at 11 am and submit bids by November 20.

Those wishing to participate in the session must email their name, contact number and address to the Ministry before noon on 5 November.

Bid books can be purchased through the Ministry’s website or collected from its reception at Velaanaage, between 9 am and 1 pm on weekdays until November 1.
