Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced that its customer care office in Vinares has started accepting bill payments.
The office, located in the sixth tower of Vinares, was opened in May as part of HDC’s efforts to improve service delivery.
Initially established to provide easier access to information, it will now handle applications as well as payment services.
The service will be available from 9 am to 2 pm on weekdays.
HDC previously operated a customer care office in Hiyaa Tower, but with its permanent closure, all services have been transferred to the Vinares office.
