O'Level exam results to be issued today

Results of the O'Level exams held in May/June this year are set to be issued today.

Department of Public Examination (DPE) said in an announcement that results of the SSC and Cambridge IGCSE exams will be issued from 1pm today onwards.

Results of independent candidates will be issued between 8:30am and 1:30pm on official working days from the DPE, the announcement said.

Independent candidates must present their ID cards when coming to receive the results. If sending another person, then the ID card of the recipient, as well as the candidate, must be presented.

This year, 8,364 students from 260 centres sat for SSC and Cambridge IGCSE exams.

Students currently in Grade 10 will sit for their exams in February/March 2026. Those in Grade 9 will have their exams in October/November 2026.

The ministry has announced that from next academic year onwards, O'Levels exams will be held in October/November each year.
