Transport Ministry back up and running

The Transport Ministry, located at the Umar Zahir Building in Hulhumale', has continued their services after experiencing and fixing issues with their servers yesterday.

The issue in question was one of air conditioners (AC's) overheating, causing not just the Transport Ministry but various other government bodies in the Umar Zahir Building to cease operations.

Services were halted as technical teams began troubleshooting the issue.

The ministry's media official told Mihaaru that the Transport Ministry's technical team had fixed the issue at midnight last night.

The media official went on to say that services resumed early morning today.

The Transport Ministry is responsible for the distribution of licenses, vehicle registries, changing of zones and matters relating to road traffic.
