Immigration issues notice to appear for Colombian woman

Maldives Immigration has issued a notice seeking a Colombian national in connection with an ongoing investigation.

The notice to appear was issued for 35 year old Laura Mercedes Guerra Escudero to report to the Risk Intelligence Section of Maldives Immigration between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm within the next five days.

While the nature of the case has not been disclosed, Immigration has urged anyone with information regarding Guerra Escudero to contact the agency.
