Temu begins issuing packages in Maldives through Redbox as well

Online shopping platform Temu has begun delivering packages to the Maldives through Redbox, in addition to the existing distribution via Maldives Post.

Previously, all Temu orders were processed through Maldives Post. However, the app now shows that deliveries are also being handled by Redbox, a local logistics provider.

The move comes after an additional agent was appointed to assist with Temu's growing number of deliveries. The change follows public complaints earlier this year, when many customers reported that items ordered during Eid failed to arrive on time.

At the time, Maldives Post was overwhelmed by the volume of parcels and had to extend its service hours to meet the demand.
