President meets with Saudi's Minister of Hajj and Umrah

President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has met with Saudi Arabia's Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr Tawfig F Al Rabiah.

The meeting was held at the Hajj and Umrah office in Minaa today.

At the meeting, President Muizzu extended gratitude for the hospitality and services provided for Maldivian pilgrims. He especially noted Maldives' inclusion in the Makkah Route Initiative.

President Muizzu and First Lady Sajidha Mohamed are currently in Saudi Arabia, having completed Hajj pilgrimage under Saudi Royal Quota on the invitation of the Saudi government.
