Following interviews, 549 candidates sit for Immigration exams

549 candidates who passed the Maldives Immigration walk-in interviews for 50 Immigration Officer Trainee posts have sat for the exam which is part of the interview process.

In a post on social media today, Immigration said that the exams were held last Wednesday.

Immigration said that of those who were interviewed, 549 candidates reached the exam stage.

They said that the highest scoring 50 candidates from the interview and exam will be announced soon.

Immigration Controller Ahmed Faseeh ad Deputy Controller Ahmed Ashfan also visited the exam hall to observe preparations, Immigration said.

Immigration extended thanks for the cooperation granted during the interview process.

Immigration previously said that 87 persons had applied for the 50 posts, with 758 persons being eligible.
