The most recent Chairman of MACL was Mohamed Umar Manik (MU Manik). He resigned from the post on January 28, 2024, citing health reasons.

The last Chairman of HDC was Ahmed Nasif (Didi). He was dismissed from the position and appointed as WAMCO Chairman in March.
