59 weddings scheduled for 25-5-25

Family Court has said that 59 weddings are scheduled for today, in light of the attractive date of 25-5-25.

The Family Court is conducting such a high number of weddings in a day today due to today's date being one of the most appealing within the year. Hence, the Family Court alone has arranged for 59 marriages to be officiated today.

Family Court said that 23 of these weddings will be conducted during official working hours, with 36 scheduled in the evening.

In preparation for today's higher than average number of weddings, Family Court has set up tents and chairs outside the Court building.

Last year, 52 weddings were conducted on 24-12-24.

This year, the Family Court conducts weddings on weekends as well in response to requests from many members of the public.
