Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has opened a new customer care office in Hulhumale' Phase two, located on the first floor of Vinares Tower 6.
The new office aims to enhance service delivery and provide greater convenience for residents of Hulhumale' Phase two.
HDC stated that the office will offer a range of services including information support, access to various forms and applications, as well as payment services.
The office will be open from Sunday to Thursday, between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm.
With the opening of the new office, HDC has permanently closed its previous office in the Hiyaa towers, transferring all services to the new Vinares location.
The move is part of HDC’s efforts to improve customer service and bring services closer to the community, HDC said.
