HDC seeks group to operate clinic in Thilafushi

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced today that they are seeking interested parties to operate a clinic in Thilafushi.

The announcement said that applications are now open.

A 669.3sqft land from Thilafushi will be leased for ten years to operate the clinic.

As per the announcement, MVR 17.5 per sqft will be taken as monthly rent in the first two years. This comes to a total monthly rent of MVR 11,712.75. Proposals must be submitted to rent the land for a minimum of 3 to 5 years.

HDC estimates that development of a clinic on the land is estimated to cost MVR 435,045.

The company said a pre-bid meeting will be held via Zoom on May 4 at 2pm.

Bid proposals must be submitted between 1pm and 2pm on May 22. Bid opening is scheduled for 2pm on the same day at HDC Head Office.
