Privatization and Corporatization Board has also suspended all members of the board besides the recently appointed Chairperson Ahmed Nasif. Managing Director Ibrahim Fazul Rasheed has also been suspended.
Mihaaru News reports that in addition to the board, IT Consultant Abdulla Shuhood, Chief Financial Officer Abdulla Faid, Chief Business Officer and Media Department Head Ahmed Yameen, and Estate Deputy Director Ahmed Aiman have also now been suspended.
The letters regarding the land plots in question were signed by Aiman.
Shuhood has been the focus of a police investigation previously as well. This was regarding allegations that he had sold personal information of members of the public when he had been working as a consultant at IGMH in 2019.
