The former management of Road Development Corporation (RDC) transferred MVR 161 million from the company's funds to various parties without proper documentation, the company revealed today.
Speaking at the Parliament's State Owned Enterprises Committee today, RDC's Deputy Managing Director Mohamed Asbah Ali Naseer said that in 2022, MVR 66 million and in 2023, MVR 95 million was transferred from the company to various parties, and that these transactions lack supporting documentation.
