No issues in loan repayment in the future: MP Saleem

Ruling party People's National Congress (PNC) Eydhafushi MP Ahmed Saleem (Red Wave) said last night that the Maldivian economy will improve, and there will be no issues in repaying loans in the coming years.

At the PNC hub meeting, MP Saleem, one of the country's most successful businessmen and a senior member of the ruling PNC, stated that the government is not running out of Maldivian Rufiyaa. He emphasized that loans must be repaid in USD, which presents a challenge in securing the necessary finances.
