BML kids swimming festival concludes successfully

Bank of Maldives (BML) has successfully completed the 7th School Swimming Festival held at the Hulhumalé Indoor Swimming Pool.

The festival, organized by BML in association with the Swimming Association, saw 485 swimmers from 23 schools participate over the course of six days.

The event featured races in various strokes, including freestyle, butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and individual medley, with participants aged 6 to 10 years.

BML awarded prizes to students who ranked top places in the festival.

The festival aims to celebrate the youth's progress in sports and encourage young athletes to reach their full potential, the bank said in a statement.
