India agreed to remove all military personnel by May 10: MoFA

While India's MEA statement did not provide details of the agreement reached on how to continue medevac flights in Maldives, the MoFA has stated that India has agreed to remove military personnel working on all aviation platforms by May 10, 2024.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has stated that an agreement has been reached with India where they will be removing all military personnel in Maldives by May 10, 2024.

In a statement released following today's High Level Core Group meeting between senior delegates from Maldives and India in New Delhi, the ministry detailed the agreements reached between the countries.
