Former MP for Felidhoo constituency Ibrahim Fazul Rasheed has been appointed to the position of Managing Director at Urbanco.
Fazul has previously served as the Managing Director of MWSC from 2015 to 2018.
Until his appointment, Fazul was the parliamentary group leader for the ruling Progressive Party of Maldives (PPM) and People's National Congress (PNC) coalition. He has previously worked in former President Abdulla Yameen's previous political party People's Alliance.
With Fazul's resignation from the parliament, only two PNC members remain in the legislative.
