Commissioner General of Customs Abdulla Shareef has retired from his position on Monday.

He has served in the Customs services for twenty eight years.

He was appointed to lead Customs by President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih on June 23, 2020. This was after the former Commissioner Ahmed Nu'uman passed away on March 31, 2020.
