Urbanco, formerly Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced the sale of 15 plots of land from Hulhumalé.

Urbanco said 10 beachside plots and 5 beachfront plots ranging from 1,2-- square feet to 2,300 square feet have been put up for sale.

According to Urbanco, only Maldivians who have reached the age of 18 and businesses with 100 percent local shareholders are eligible to submit offers for the purchase of the lands. Applicants can submit their proposals through the online portal set up by the company for this purpose.

The company has previously sold land from Hulhumalé 2 as well.
