Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) has signed a new marketing campaign agreement with CNN International Commercial.
The agreement was signed at MMPRC headquarters on 25th May. Mr. Thoyyib Mohamed, the CEO and Managing Director of MMPRC signed on the agreement on behalf of the tourism promoter, while Mr. Abhijeet Dhar, the Director of Sales, South Asia, CNN IC, signed on behalf of the news agency.
The marketing initiative will run from June 2022 until October 2022.
"We are thrilled to take our campaign with MMPRC into the 3rd consecutive year for a global cross-platform campaign that brings Maldives' travel experiences to life-especially when this beautiful country celebrates its 50th year of tourism," Mr. Dhar commented.
"Our campaign is a compelling combination of rich storytelling, adept branded content and unparalleled engagement that CNN has with its audience," he added.
MMPRC decided to continue with its professional partnership with CNN following two successful such tourism marketing campaigns with the news agency.
Moreover, under the agreement CNN IC will create and roll out branded content under "Rediscover Paradise", and will approach the promoting initiative through the use of TV productions, digital videos and articles, social media campaigns, photo galleries, and audio tours.
