Internet prices will be 28-30 percent lower in July

The government of Maldives have introduced new policies that will reduce the internet prices of Maldives by 28-30 percent starting next month. This work will be done in phases and by the time it is completed, prices would be lower by 60-70 percent.

The government of Maldives have introduced new policies that will reduce the internet prices of Maldives by 28-30 percent starting next month. This work will be done in phases and by the time it is completed, prices would be lower by 60-70 percent.

In the event held on Thursday morning to announce the changes brought to the internet, Minister for Environment, Climate Change and Technology Aishath Shauna said the most common public complaint from the public was the throttle speed being incredibly low.
